Job Description: As a Retail Store Sales Executive, you will be the face of Shree Mithai Private Limited, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales at our retail store. Your responsibilities will include: · Greeting and assisting customers with their purchases. · Recommending products based on customer preferences and needs. · Ensuring shelves are stocked and products are displayed attractively. · Processing transactions accurately using our POS system. · Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store. · Upholding our brand standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements: · Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the food industry. · Knowledge of sweets and bakery products is a plus. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. · Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
