The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of clinical services. Key Responsibilities Patient Care: Conduct initial assessments, diagnose, and manage patient treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Provide emergency medical care and respond to clinical situations promptly. Clinical Duties: Perform routine and emergency medical procedures within the scope of practice. Assist in medical procedures and surgeries as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, specialists, and administrative staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in ward rounds and case discussions. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and ethical standards. Stay updated with the latest medical guidelines and best practices. Qualifications MBBS or BAMS degree from a recognized institution. Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or respective State Council. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are advantageous.
