We are looking for an energetic and customer-driven Relationship Officer – Liability to be a key part of our retail banking team. What You will do Acquire new individual and business customers through direct sales and referral networks. Promote and sell liability products including savings accounts, current accounts, and term/fixed deposits. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Conduct client meetings to understand banking needs and offer customized solutions. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the organization. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Assist in KYC documentation and account opening formalities in line with compliance requirements. Identify opportunities for cross-selling other bank products (loans, insurance, investments). Stay updated with bank policies, procedures, and market trends. What you will need Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 3- 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets. Good knowledge of liability products and banking regulations. Ability to work independently and in a team.
