Role & responsibilities To Open Opportunities within The BFSI Segment For The Range Of The Organization's surveillance solutions and services Aligns the sales organizations objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, and forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets Identify market opportunities, analyses competitive landscapes, and formulate effective strategies to penetrate new markets and industries Leverage connections and relationships within the BFSI market to ensure & build a steady pipeline of customers from the BFSI segment Provides leadership to the sales organizations management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethical behavior Continuously review and optimize sales processes and methodologies to increase efficiency, shorten sales cycles, and improve win rates Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of competitor Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability Preferred candidate profile Should have a pleasing and smart personality and strong interpersonal skills Excellent verbal, and written communication and presentation skills Must have excellent leadership and People management skills and should have led team members in past Expert in selling software solution / applications Must be Ethical, Process oriented and driven by results Strong Analytical Skill
