Job Description: Regional Manager – MBBS Abroad (MetaApply) Position Title: Regional Manager – MBBS Abroad Company: MetaApply Location: [Noida] Reporting to: Head of Business Development --- Role Overview The Regional Manager will oversee the business development and partnership strategy for MBBS Abroad admissions within the assigned region. This role involves leading a team of business development professionals, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence. The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving educator partnerships, managing team performance, and supporting MetaApply’s mission to expand its MBBS Abroad referral and admissions network. --- Key Responsibilities · Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Assistant Business Development Managers/Executives, providing clear direction, regular feedback, and performance evaluations. · Develop and implement regional business development strategies to achieve lead generation and admissions targets for MBBS Abroad programs. · Oversee the onboarding and engagement of coaching centres, NEET mentors, teachers, and education consultants as referral partners. · Monitor and support the team in building and nurturing strong relationships with educator partners, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. · Organize and supervise team-led orientation sessions, seminars, and webinars for educators, ensuring effective communication of MetaApply’s offerings. · Track team performance, analyze conversion rates of educator-generated leads, and take corrective actions to maximize enrollments. · Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute regional ATL/BTL promotional activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives. · Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and share best practices. · Prepare and present regional performance reports and insights to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities. · Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and data privacy regulations. · Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training for new team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. · Serve as the primary point of contact for key regional partners and stakeholders, representing MetaApply in external forums and industry events. --- Required Skills & Qualifications · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field. · 7–10 years of experience in B2C or education sales, with at least 3 years in a team leadership/regional management role (preferably in study abroad, MBBS admissions, or education partnerships). · Demonstrated success in team management, business development, and institutional partnerships. · Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. · Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. · Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms. · Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and a results-driven approach. · Willingness to travel within the region as required. --- Preferred Attributes · Existing network within NEET coaching/educator communities. · Experience with regional operations in the education or study abroad sector. · High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
