Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand. Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist/Administrator to support the daily operations of our office. This role requires a well-organized individual who can manage front-desk responsibilities while providing essential administrative support in a fast-paced, office environment. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors, contractors, and stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common office spaces. Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and handling confidential documents. Assist with office procurement, stock control, and liaising with suppliers and service providers. Support internal teams with scheduling, meetings, and document preparation. Requirements: 3 years of experience in an administrative or reception role, preferably in the mining or related field. Strong communication in both English and Hindi and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and standard office equipment. Understanding of basic workplace safety and visitor protocols in an office setting.
