What You’ll Do On a Typical Day Monitor real-time data (ADH & AHT) and service levels Call out intraday deviations to team leader, and identify possible reasons for plan deviations Monitor forecast variance for percent for calls and handle time. Implement and clearly communicate strategies to improve team performance and policy adherence to team members Collaborate with workforce management to optimize colleague upskilling, over- and under-staffing, and holiday adjustments Collaborate with team leaders and workforce management on recovery plans for TSF, ESF, and CSF What We’re Looking For Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal) Passion for problem solving and improving processes Knowledge of travel trends and industry standards Passion for excellence in client service Attention to detail Able to act with integrity, and deal with personal and confidential information Adaptable and able to multitask Able to prioritize and calmly resolve high pressure situations Should be comfortable to work in 24*7 environment Location Gurgaon, India The #TeamGBT Experience Work and life: Find your happy medium at Amex GBT.
