Location:

Job Requirements:

6+ years of experience in
US Healthcare Physician Billing
Strong knowledge of
End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Core
AR experience mandatory
Minimum 1 year experience in training Freshers & Laterals
Good communication and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver RCM process training (AR, Denials, Appeals, Payment Posting)
Conduct classroom and on-floor training sessions
Monitor trainee performance and provide mentoring support
