Job Details: Position: Quality Controller Industry: Dairy / FMCG Location: Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh (Candidates must be willing to relocate) Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in quality control or quality assurance Salary: No salary barrier for the right candidate Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Key Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure product quality throughout all stages of production Conduct routine inspections, sampling, and testing of raw materials and finished products Maintain and implement quality control procedures and standards Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality norms Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards (FSSAI, ISO, etc.) Maintain accurate documentation and prepare quality reports Candidate Requirements: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in quality control/assurance in Dairy or FMCG industry Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Dairy Science, or related field Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality systems Excellent observation, analytical, and communication skills Willingness to relocate to Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Shift allowance Work Location: In person
