Job Description

Role & responsibilities Tool Box training to shop floor Operators for capturing IPQC data and its reporting for any deviation/non-conformance. Reject/return non-conforming materials to production department for rework/final rejects and maintain records/reports during any stage Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards & procedures. Issue of Line Stop Note for producing non-conformance materials/not following defined SOPs and control plan. Involved in trials towards improvement of Cell performance and quality Understanding and use of various problem solving methodologies. Data analysis through hypothesis testing, Pareto charts, multi-vari analysis, Analysis of variance, Regression and Co-relation analysis, 5-Why and process capability Analysis (Cp/Cpk) etc. Identify, propose and lead all continual improvement projects in DMAIC or DMADV methodologies. Conduct frequent periodic process audits and prepare report accordingly. Conduct Gage R&R of lab equipment, weighing machine, testers and others Implementation of 7 QC tools and control chart (C-chart, U-chart, NP-chart and P-chart) on shop floor. Identify CTQ, CTP in the process and develop improvement plan accordingly To alarm and control the rejection level on individual stage Co-ordinating functional departments like production, maintenance, process, PPC etc.
