• Conduct Quality control test for In-process, finished products,Stability samples, Water for injection and Purified water.
• Perform analysis of non-conforming samples for investigation
• To assist in the Internal and external audits
• Preparation & Standardization of Volumetric solution in LIMS.
• Preparation of Solution/Reagent in Solution Management System in LIMS.
• Calibration and maintenance of Laboratory Instruments in quality control area.
• Verification of sample requisition form from production department followed by Sample Login in LIMS (Laboratory information management system).
• Maintain the chemical/Reagent and Solvent Management system in LIMS
• Maintain the column management system in LIMS.
• Calibration and Maintenance of all glass wares
• Analysis of external finished product samples.
• Maintain the inventory log books
