Job Title: Python Trainer Key Responsibilities: · Strong proficiency in Python (including OOP, file handling, libraries like NumPy, pandas, etc.). · Experience in at least one of the following domains: - Data Science/ML - Web Development (Flask/Django) - Automation/Scripting · Prior experience as a trainer/instructor or conducting technical workshops. · Ability to simplify complex technical concepts. · Develop and update course materials, training guides, and exercises that align with industry standards . · Provide practical demonstrations, hands-on sessions, and real-world examples to facilitate effective learning. · Address student queries, provide guidance on course content and career development, maintain a positive learning environment and encourage student engagement and participation. · Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement. · Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the IT industry to ensure relevant and up-to-date training. · Participate in institute activities, workshops, and seminars to enhance the training experience. Qualifications: · Strong communication and presentation skills. · Proven experience as a Python Trainer or in a similar role, preferably in a reputed training institute or IT company. · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. · Certification in relevant programming language (optional but preferred). · Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. · A passion for teaching and helping students develop practical IT skills.
