We are seeking a talented and motivated Python AI/ML Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, experience with AWS Comprehend, AWS Lex, and Generative AI technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI/ML models and applications that utilize these powerful tools. Key Responsibilities: Develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models using Python and AWS services, including Comprehend, Lex, and GenAI. Design and implement natural language processing (NLP) applications to enhance text analysis, sentiment analysis, and language understanding capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality AI/ML applications. Continuously improve and optimize AI/ML models to ensure high performance, accuracy, and scalability. Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate on models to achieve desired outcomes. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and AWS technologies to drive innovation and improvement. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of learning and growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Python developer, with a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and techniques. Hands-on experience with AWS Comprehend, AWS Lex, and Generative AI technologies. Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Skills: Experience with other AWS services such as S3, Lambda, SageMaker, etc. Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
