Role Description Regulatory Submissions & Approvals Prepare, review, and submit regulatory dossiers for fertilizers, bio stimulants, pesticides, and other Agri-inputs in compliance with FCO, CIBRC , and other applicable regulations. Track application progress and follow up with regulatory authorities to ensure timely approvals. Liaise with testing laboratories for generating product data, including efficacy, toxicology, and chemistry reports. Compliance & Documentation Maintain up-to-date records of all regulatory submissions, approvals, and licenses. Monitor changes in national and international regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. Ensure that all product labels, claims, and promotional materials comply with legal requirements. Coordination & Communication Collaborate with R&D, QA/QC, production, and marketing teams to gather technical and commercial information for regulatory submissions. Coordinate with external agencies, consultants, and government officials as required. Support certification processes (e.g., Regenagri, Control Union) and audits. Process Improvement Identify areas for improving the efficiency of regulatory processes and documentation. Contribute to developing regulatory strategies for new product launches and market expansion. Qualifications Bachelor’s / master’s degree in agriculture, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related discipline. Experience: 3–5 years in regulatory affairs in the Agri-input industry (fertilizers, bio stimulants, pesticides, or related). Strong understanding of FCO, CIBRC, BIS norms and related regulatory frameworks. Excellent documentation, data management, and record-keeping skills. Proficient in MS Office and document tracking tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with government officials and cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
