Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and mentor our sales team, drive sales performance, and achieve company targets. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and a passion for building strong client relationships. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, while also providing guidance and support to the team.Responsibilities:Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor team performance and individual contributions, and take corrective action as needed.Team Management & Leadership: Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals. Conduct regular team meetings, provide training and development opportunities, and foster a positive and collaborative team environment.Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to property showings, negotiations, and closing deals. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs effectively. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the real estate industry. Share this knowledge with the team to enhance their sales effectiveness.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.Negotiation & Closing: Successfully negotiate offers and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.Marketing & Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and generate qualified leads.Compliance & Legal: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements.Qualifications:Proven track record of success in real estate sales management.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.Deep understanding of the real estate market and sales process.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Benefits:Competitive SalarySPIFCommissionIncentives
