Tekla Project Manager : Location: Nashik Job Type: Full-time Overview: We are seeking an experienced Steel Detailing Tekla Project Manager to lead and oversee steel detailing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing steel fabrication and erection projects, proficiency in Tekla Structures, and a deep understanding of AISC standards. The Project Manager will ensure the successful execution of the project from design to completion, ensuring high-quality and accurate detailing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of steel detailing projects using Tekla Structures. Manage project timelines, resources, ensuring projects are completed within scope, schedule. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports. 2. Quality Control: Ensure that all steel detailing work is of the highest quality and complies with AISC codes and standards. Perform regular quality checks and inspections of the detailing work to ensure it meets the project specifications. Identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may affect the quality or timeline of the project. 3. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, questions, and feedback regarding the steel detailing process. Maintain proactive communication with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve any issues promptly. 4. Steel Detailing & Tekla Structures: Ensure that all designs adhere to AISC standards, ensuring structural integrity and compliance. Review and approve shop drawings, detailing reports, and material lists. Provide technical guidance and support to the detailing team and resolve any technical issues that arise during the project. 5. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations and standards, particularly AISC codes and safety guidelines. Oversee the implementation of safety protocols during the detailing and fabrication processes. 6. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of steel detailers. Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. Ensure effective collaboration between detailing, engineering, and fabrication teams. Qualifications: Education: Any Bachelors degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in steel detailing, with at least 3 years in a Project Management role. Strong expertise in Tekla Structures and other steel detailing software. In-depth knowledge of AISC standards and codes. Previous experience managing steel detailing projects. Skills: Proficient in Tekla Structures and other structural design software. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
