We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a comprehensive Telecom OSS project focused on the deployment and orchestration of 5G applications via an orchestrator. The role will involve end-to-end management, driving both internal teams and external customer collaboration. The candidate must have a strong background in OSS, 4G or 5G technologies, and orchestration platforms. The individual will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, handling customer interactions, and aligning project objectives with business goals. Experience in managing telecom projects and working directly with customers is essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end project execution in the telecom domain, specifically focusing on OSS (Operational Support Systems) projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, engineering, and operations, to ensure project alignment with business goals. Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and track progress to ensure timely delivery. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management to optimize project outcomes. Liaise with stakeholders and customers to define project scope, deliverables, and expectations. Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards and best practices. Manage and resolve project issues, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and quality. Regularly report project status to senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate team meetings, ensuring open communication and collaboration across all teams involved. Required Skills: Extensive experience (7-15 years) in project management within the telecom domain, with a strong focus on OSS. Strong understanding of telecom operations, network management, and OSS platforms. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion. Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and risks. Preferred Qualifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification. Experience working with telecom service providers or vendors.
