Project Manager Medical AI

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of healthcare data projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 40+ healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, deliverables, productivity, and KPIs.
• Maintain effective client communication and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Ensure project quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to client requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• MBBS degree is mandatory.
• Relevant project management experience in healthcare services.
• Hands-on exposure to medical terminologies and ontologies such as SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm, and ICD-10.
• Experience managing large healthcare data teams is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of medical concepts, healthcare processes, and medical terminologies.
• Excellent communication and English comprehension skills.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications and project management tools.
• Willingness to work night shifts (IST) to coordinate with US-based clients.
• Willingness to work full-time from the office.
