Hiring for Project Leader Thermal System Design -Harita Techserv Experience : 8 + Years Job Location : Bangalore Job Description: Lead the thermal design, analysis, and validation of thermal systems and components for a wide range of products, including but not limited to electronics, industrial systems, and consumer products. Develop thermal management strategies to ensure the safe and optimal operation of electrification products under various environmental conditions. Utilize advanced simulation tools (e.g., Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA)) to analyze and optimize thermal performance. Supervise, guide, and mentor junior engineers in the execution of thermal analysis, testing, and design optimization. Select appropriate HVAC components (compressors, condensers, Chillers, Pumps, Heaters, etc.) based on heat load calculations. Conduct system-level testing, validation, and commissioning to verify thermal performance and compliance with specifications. Develop and test thermal logics and simulate thermal models for analysis and optimization. Lead efforts in the selection and integration of heat dissipation components such as heat sinks, fans, and thermal interface materials.
