🧩 Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through successful delivery
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and priorities
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, marketing, and other internal teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates
• Create and maintain project plans, task boards, documentation, and reports
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards
• Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation plans
• Manage changes in requirements and ensure proper impact assessment
• Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Coordinate testing, approvals, deployments, and project handovers
• Maintain clear communication between clients, management, and project teams
• Monitor project performance and continuously improve processes and workflows
• Support resource planning and allocation across projects
• Ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle

🔧 Required Skills:

• 3–10 years of experience

  in Project Coordination / Project Management, preferably in IT, Software, Web Development, or Digital Agencies
• Strong understanding of

  project management methodologies

  such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and creative teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Good understanding of software/web development life cycles
• Familiarity with tools such as

  Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar

• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with client communication and stakeholder management
• Good understanding of project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools

• PMP / Scrum Master / Agile certification is a plus

• Experience managing

  eCommerce, Shopify, WordPress, SaaS, or web development projects

  will be an added advantage
