Alphalogic Industries Limited is a leading manufacturer of Industrial Storage Systems, Pallet Racking, Shelving Systems, Mezzanine Floors, and Warehouse Solutions, serving clients across India including e-commerce, quick-commerce, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate warehouse storage and racking projects across India. The role involves coordinating with clients, site teams, vendors, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution from material dispatch to installation completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate execution of warehouse racking and storage system projects.
• Follow up with clients regarding site readiness and project schedules.
• Coordinate with design, production, dispatch, and installation teams.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
• Track material dispatches and installation progress.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and subcontractors.
• Maintain project MIS, reports, and documentation.
• Handle project closure documentation, WCCs, and billing coordination.
• Visit project sites whenever required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in:
• Storage & Racking Industry
• Warehouse Infrastructure Projects
• Industrial Projects
• Manufacturing Operations
• Fabrication Industry
• Site Coordination
• Project Execution
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and project tracking abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Willingness to travel across India for project coordination.
