Description: Technical Program Analyst About the Role We are seeking a Technical Program Analyst to design and implement scalable Salesforce learning and enablement programs, collaborating with partner alliances to enable the Salesforce technical audience. This role requires a strong background in Learning & Development (L&D), program management, and stakeholder engagement. While Salesforce expertise is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Key Responsibilities Program Design & Execution: Desgin and implement scalable learning programs tailored for Salesforce developers, architects, and consultants. Partner Enablement: Collaborate with Salesforce partners and alliances to drive adoption and engagement in enablement initiatives. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, customers, and ecosystem partners to align learning solutions with business needs. Content Development & Curation: Oversee the creation of technical training content, working with subject matter experts (SMEs). Program Scalability & Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance learning experiences using digital platforms, gamification, and AI-driven solutions. Impact Measurement & Reporting: Define success metrics, track program adoption, and optimize learning pathways based on data-driven insights. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Enablement, or Training Program Management. Strong background in designing and implementing scalable learning programs in a technical environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and partner relationship skills. Experience working with enterprise technology ecosystems (Salesforce experience is a plus but not mandatory). Ability to drive engagement in developer communities, user groups, or technical training initiatives. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Salesforce technologies, certifications, or Trailhead learning paths. Experience in technical education, upskilling programs, or partner enablement in an enterprise environment. Knowledge of e-learning platforms, digital education tools, and community-driven learning models.
