Key Responsibilities Production Supervisor (Renal Care)

1. Production Management: Supervise the manufacturing of renal care consumables and dry concentrate powder for dialysis machines, ensuring smooth production flow and timely achievement of production targets.

2. People Management: Manage production operators, allocate daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure effective manpower utilization.

3. Inventory Management: Monitor raw materials, chemicals, packing materials, and consumables to ensure material availability and minimize wastage.

4. Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOPs, batch manufacturing records, product quality standards, safety protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements.

5. Process Monitoring & Coordination: Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues, minimize downtime, and maintain consistent product quality.
