Job Description

Supervise operators and helpers for achieving the maximum overall equipment effectiveness (Improve OEE). Organise required tools, materials and manpower to each machinery and ensure uninterrupted flow. Follow SOPs and WIs to achieve maximum output and reduce rejections and wastage (Reduce rejections). Achieve production plan accuracy (Plan vs Actual) Report any quality issues, damages or break downs immediately to the concerned teams and implement corrective actions. Lead operators and helpers in achieving 5S and kaizen goals. Should be willing and be able to work in rotational shifts Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Production Supervisor: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
