The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in production, product, or quality departments, preferably in the automotive or farm equipment industry. This role involves overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing production efficiency while working in rotational shifts. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity. Ensure adherence to quality standards and troubleshoot production issues. Coordinate with the quality and product teams to maintain high manufacturing standards. Work closely with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance. Maintain production reports and documentation for process improvements. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies. Assist in implementing lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives. Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 0-4 years of experience in production, product development, or quality control. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, assembly lines, and quality standards. Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and process optimization. Ability to read technical drawings and understand engineering specifications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
