Product Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy, customer experience, and digital innovation across our real estate business. The role will involve identifying customer needs, translating business requirements into product solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric products.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and product execution skills to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency across the real estate lifecycle.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insight analysis.
• Prioritise product initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and feasibility.

2. Product Development & Execution

• Translate business requirements into product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Work closely with engineering, design, technology, sales, marketing, CRM, and operations teams.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation and discovery to launch and optimisation.
• Drive timely delivery through sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and stakeholder alignment.

3. Real Estate Business Integration

• Identify digital product opportunities across lead management, sales enablement, customer engagement, booking, CRM, and post-sales services.
• Understand homebuyer journeys and develop solutions to improve lead conversion, customer satisfaction, and sales productivity.
• Collaborate with business teams to digitise processes and improve operational workflows.
• Explore PropTech solutions, automation, AI, analytics, and emerging technologies relevant to real estate.

4. Data Analytics & Performance Management

• Define product KPIs, success metrics, and performance dashboards.
• Analyse customer behaviour, funnel conversion, adoption, retention, and revenue impact.
• Use data-driven insights to identify gaps and recommend product improvements.
• Track product performance and continuously optimise features and processes.

5. Stakeholder & Team Management

• Build alignment across senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Present product strategies, business cases, and performance reviews to leadership.
• For Senior Manager-level candidates, lead larger product initiatives and mentor junior product professionals, where applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in product management, product strategy, digital transformation, or business consulting.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap development, prioritisation, and execution.
• Experience working with technology, engineering, UX/UI, and business teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Exposure to real estate, Prop Tech, fintech, e-commerce, or other technology-led businesses is preferred.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable, customer-focused product solutions.

Educational Qualification

• MBA from a Tier 1 B-School or a relevant degree from a premier institution.
• Relevant product management certifications are an added advantage, not a substitute for demonstrated experience.
