Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our product, from ideation and strategy to development, launch, and continuous improvement. You will define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and translate business goals into actionable requirements. Working closely with development, QA, design, and leadership teams, you will ensure timely delivery and product quality. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive product success.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Product Ownership:

  Take complete responsibility for the product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to development, launch, and continuous improvement.

• Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business goals.

• Requirement Gathering:

  Understand business needs, user pain points, and market opportunities to define product requirements and features.

• Backlog Management:

  Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature priorities.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with development, QA, design, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

• Execution & Delivery:

  Monitor development progress, resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure milestones are achieved.

• Quality & User Experience:

  Collaborate with QA and design teams to ensure product functionality, usability, reliability, and overall user experience.

• Market & Competitor Research:

  Study market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.

• Product Launch & Adoption:

  Plan product releases, coordinate launch activities, and support user onboarding and adoption.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Define product KPIs, track performance, analyze user feedback, and drive improvements based on data.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Keep leadership and relevant stakeholders informed about product progress, risks, priorities, and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar role.
• Experience managing a software product through multiple stages of its lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development processes.
• Ability to convert business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with product management and project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive teams toward shared goals.

Good to Have:

• Experience building a product from scratch or working on an early-stage product.
• Understanding of SaaS products, software testing, Quality Engineering (QE), or AI-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with product analytics, user research, wireframes, and prototyping tools.
• Experience working with engineering teams on API integrations, automation, or AI-powered features.
• A strong sense of product ownership with a focus on business outcomes and customer value.
