Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Math Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, engaging teaching methods, and a commitment to fostering a love for mathematics in young learners. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver interactive and engaging math lessons for primary school students. - Use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. - Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback. - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation. - Integrate technology and hands-on activities to enhance math learning experiences. - Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' academic growth. - Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents. - Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events. - Encourage problem-solving, critical thinking, and real-world application of mathematical concepts. Requirements: -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field. - Certification: Teaching certification or equivalent qualification. - Experience: Previous experience teaching math at the primary level is preferred. - Strong understanding of child development and primary education pedagogy. - Excellent communication and classroom management skills. - Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment. - Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with modern teaching tools and technology in the classroom. - Familiarity with differentiated instruction strategies. - Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
