Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for a UK Bookkeeper at Precision Global Solutions Ltd. The responsibilities include: Maintain and update financial records in UK accounting software Process sales invoices, purchase invoices, and expense claims Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of transactions Process supplier payments and monitor customer receipts Maintain the sales and purchase ledgers Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with HMRC regulations Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Maintain fixed asset registers and process depreciation Support month-end and year-end closing procedures Ensure compliance with UK bookkeeping standards and regulations Qualifications and Experience: You have at least 2 years' experience in UK bookkeeping You are proficient in UK accounting software such as QuickBooks and XERO You have solid knowledge of UK VAT regulations and HMRC compliance requirements Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications A professional, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills What We Offer: Opportunity to work with diverse UK clients Professional development and career growth opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment Exposure to various UK accounting practices and industries If you're a dedicated bookkeeping professional looking to advance your career in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!
