JOB DESCRIPTION – Project Sales – LED Lighting Division – Mumbai 1. Achieve growth & sales targets ❖ To achieve sales targets through corporate, institutional, and long-arm sales personnel ❖ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence ❖ To introduce new products & monitor sales of products regularly ❖ To ensure the timely collection of payments ❖ To execute sector-specific sales in the assigned territory 2. Managing Key accounts ❖ Network Expansion – New account sign-ups ❖ To maintain and nurture good business relations with clients and dealers ❖ Establish stock/inventory norms with clients per market and ensure stocking levels and replenishment ❖ Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings ❖ Ensure account mining, farming, nurturing and negotiating agreements 3. Competitor Analysis ❖ To provide market information and feedback on competitor schemes/offerings to internal teams ❖ Collect data from the market about market share, industry growth and consumer preferences 4.
