JOB DESCRIPTION β Project Sales β LED Lighting Division β Mumbai 1. Achieve growth & sales targets β To achieve sales targets through corporate, institutional, and long-arm sales personnel β Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companyβs customer base and ensures its strong presence β To introduce new products & monitor sales of products regularly β To ensure the timely collection of payments β To execute sector-specific sales in the assigned territory 2. Managing Key accounts β Network Expansion β New account sign-ups β To maintain and nurture good business relations with clients and dealers β Establish stock/inventory norms with clients per market and ensure stocking levels and replenishment β Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings β Ensure account mining, farming, nurturing and negotiating agreements 3. Competitor Analysis β To provide market information and feedback on competitor schemes/offerings to internal teams β Collect data from the market about market share, industry growth and consumer preferences 4.
