Job Title: Pre-Primary School Teacher Location: BMH Pre-Primary School Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–2 years preferred Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training Job Summary: BMH Pre-Primary School is looking for a passionate, creative and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for children, a strong understanding of early childhood development and the ability to create a joyful and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Foster a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment Encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Use storytelling, music, art, play, and interactive activities to engage children Observe and document each child’s progress and communicate effectively with parents Maintain classroom hygiene, safety, and order Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support school programs and events Participate in regular training and staff meetings Key Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication skills in English (Telugu/Hindi is a plus) Patience, warmth, and a caring attitude toward children Creative and resourceful in teaching methods Classroom management and conflict resolution skills Ability to adapt and work as part of a team Why Join BMH Pre-Primary School?
