We're looking for a motivated female marketing professional to manage our social media presence and streamline our marketing processes through smart automation. You'll focus on growing our community across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit while building efficient workflows that save time and increase engagement. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit with consistent, engaging content Set up simple automation tools to schedule posts, track engagement, and manage followers Create automated workflows for lead collection, email marketing, and customer follow-ups Use basic AI tools like ChatGPT or Canva AI to assist with content creation and copywriting Build simple chatbots for FAQ responses and initial customer interactions Monitor social media metrics and optimize posting strategies based on performance data Requirements: 1-3 years of marketing or social media experience Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) Basic knowledge of automation platforms like Zapier or similar no-code tools Experience using AI writing assistants (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) for content creation Strong written communication and creative thinking skills Comfortable learning new digital marketing tools
