It's been a long association , very positive and forthcoming staff always willing to help and support. Never had to stand in queue or wait for my coupon...Mostly got things done across the table.. that's decent ..Unlike other PSBs. Keep it up Mr Gupta and team and continue the good work. All the best.

All staff members are very cooperative. As a bank manager Mr.Rajesh Gupta playing a vital role. I never seen such a helpful bank manager and he is very strict to bank norms and conditions. Totally I had a good experience with Somajiguda Punjab national bank employees. But little bit fast work is required for educational loan process.

Pathetic set of employees. They do not have any customer service orientation. Large office space wasted with a set of people who thin their job as a burden.
