0 Stars. My wife took 30+ online classes for students and she resigned after getting a regular school teacher job as per the company guidelines and notice period. This company hasn't paid her for all the 30 classes she took. BIG SCAM! I feel sad also for parents who fall for this.

These are fraudsters. They didn't take one class and are now not willing to pay the refund. They don't pick calls and it's been more than 2 months now, still they haven't processed the refund. They've got worst support care. I wouldn't have even given them 1 star.

Courses have no value for money... Also they agree some fee but collecting more via third party loan vendor to ensure their money....
When we ask for refund they are dragging for many months now... I feel cheated .. Overall not service oriented, biz oriented people.....

I got frequent calls , I gone through all reviews and when I talk about it with sales guy he wanted to disconnect instead of justifying actually we were thinking of subscribing for few sessions. After seeing his attitude now I feel all negative reviews are valid one.

Only if I can give 0 stars, I will. Scheduled trial classes, but no one shows up and no link comes through. After seeing their reviews, I get it as to why. They are just behind my house near Sholinganallur area and I noticed that they have a very dilapidated place as office. SCAM ALERT!!!

planet spark administrative support is not accessible for complaints does not provide realistic outcomes and is only interested in the money you pay. Very difficult to speak with a human, other than via email. Unwilling to offer perspective or understanding. They are right, nothing else matters to them other than our money.
