Client Coordination: Handle communications with distributors, dealers, and corporate clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Maintain client databases and ensure timely follow-ups for orders, payments, and inquiries. Assist in preparing quotations, price lists, invoices, and customer service responses. Inventory & Stock Management: Coordinate daily with the storekeeper to track raw materials, packaging material, and finished goods. Maintain stock reports and notify management about shortages or excess inventory. Assist in planning stock dispatches and incoming materials with logistic coordination. Documentation & Reporting: Create and update price lists, product catalogs, and sales presentations. Maintain and organize files for purchase orders, bills, vendor details, and other important documents. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management on sales, inventory, and operations. Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing business travel (if any). Support in vendor communication for raw materials, print jobs, packaging suppliers, etc. Coordinate with internal departments like production, QC, accounts, and logistics as required.
