What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic. Drive quality lead generation campaigns targeted toward Indian investors and NRIs globally (especially UAE/Gulf regions). Build, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns to deliver on CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality metrics. Collaborate with in-house creative, design, and sales teams to develop high-converting landing pages, ad creatives, and lead funnels. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms (like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to track, analyze, and report campaign performance. Launch remarketing & retargeting campaigns, custom audience segments, and lookalike audience strategies to improve lead nurturing and conversion. Keep up with the latest real estate and digital marketing trends across Dubai and Indian markets, adjusting campaigns accordingly. Coordinate with channel partner builders/developers to align on property campaigns, project highlights, and inventory availability. What You Bring – Key Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on real estate or high-ticket B2C products. Proven success in lead generation campaigns for Indian or NRI audiences. Expertise in platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and marketing automation tools. Strong knowledge of funnel optimization, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and pixel-based tracking. Analytical mindset with experience in tools like GA4, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude who can own performance targets and drive ROI independently.
