ob Title: Performance Marketing Manager Location: Andheri , Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Experience: performance/digital marketing Reports to: Head of Marketing / Growth Lead About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid marketing efforts across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns with the goal of driving high-quality leads, conversions, and measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Programmatic, Affiliate, etc.). Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and internal dashboards. Identify growth opportunities and new channels to scale campaigns. Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices. Requirements: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. Proven success managing performance campaigns with clear ROI goals. Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and funnel metrics. Proficient with ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets, and basic reporting tools. Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and metrics. Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
