As the Lead Designer at Pauz, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive the entire Pauz experience encompassing space design, product design, and digital interface development. Working closely with the Founder, you will be responsible for setting the design vision and translating it into impactful solutions. Your role will involve conceptualizing the physical environment, refining product features, integrating user feedback, and enhancing the accompanying application. Through your dedication to enhancing each design aspect, you will play a key role in shaping Pauz into a top-tier relaxation experience that resonates with various work environments. Your core responsibilities will include: End-to-End Product and Experience Design: - Brainstorm, design, and perfect the physical Pauz environment, incorporating elements such as furniture, acoustics, and spatial arrangements. - Lead the design of Pauz products (hardware and accessories) to ensure they are user-friendly, functional, and aligned with the brand's values. - Collaborate with tech partners and UX designers to elevate the digital application experience and ensure a seamless interaction between the physical and digital realms. Prototyping And Iteration: - Quickly prototype new space layouts, product configurations, and interface features to explore innovative ideas. - Conduct tests and iterate based on user research, feedback, and industry trends to drive product evolution. Design Delivery: - Conduct on-site inspections at client locations to verify that installations meet design specifications and deliver a cohesive and soothing experience. Continuous Improvement And Innovation: - Collect user insights to understand interactions with both physical and digital components of Pauz. - Propose and implement enhancements that enhance comfort, usability, and overall well-being outcomes.
