Post 50+ Instagram Stories daily and drive 50+ collaborations weekly with artists, venues & influencers. 2. Plan and run ad campaigns, creating a structured content strategy to boost engagement and conversions. 3. Manage & nurture 3 core communities – WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram – ensuring daily activity and engagement. 4. Grow Instagram followers and engagement month-on-month using organic and paid strategies. 5. Provide live event coverage (stories, reels, live sessions) from Goa, Himachal, and other Party Hunt hubs. 6. Track performance through insights & analytics, optimizing campaigns for maximum growth. *Requirements* 1. Passion for music, nightlife, and festival culture. 2. 0–3 years of experience in social media/community management (freshers welcome). 3. Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and trend-based storytelling. 4. Familiar with Instagram ads, growth hacks, and analytics tools. 5. Consistent, creative, and willing to work with dedication and passion.
