We are looking for dynamic and fluent English speakers to join our Australian Voice Process team. You’ll be representing our clients in the real estate domain, assisting potential buyers, investors, and tenants through inbound and outbound communication. Key Responsibilities: 1.Handle calls related to Australian real estate services. 2.Provide accurate information about properties, listings, and client offerings. 3.Build rapport and maintain a professional relationship with customers. 4.Update CRM systems with call details and client feedback. 5.Coordinate with internal teams for client support and follow-ups. Requirements: 1.Excellent verbal communication skills in English. 2.Prior experience in voice process / BPO / real estate domain preferred. 3.Good listening skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively. 4.Basic knowledge of real estate or sales will be an added advantage. 5.Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome!
