Job Description

Role - Oracle Fusion Product Hub

Skill - Oracle Fusion Product Hub

Education - B.E. / B. Tech /BSC/ M. Tech / MSc / MCA

Experience - 7-10Years

Location - PAN India

Provide daily support for Oracle Product Hub, resolving functional and technical issues
Monitor system performance, data integrity and product data workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to product attributes, item creation, approvals and integrations
Collaborate with Oracle support to manage SRs (service requests) and apply patches or updates
Assist users with product data entry, validation and error resolution
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues
Support data uploads and corrections using FBDI, ADFdi and manual methods
Maintain documentation for support processes, known issues and resolution
Participate in testing activities for quarterly Oracle cloud updates and minor enhancements
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
