Job Description

Title: Oracle TRCS Consultant Location: Pan India Roles and Responsibilities: End to end data migration for Finance, Projects, Inventory, OM for minimum 3 Fusion implementation Coordinating with the users to finalize the Data migration template Coordinating with the users for the data extraction, data mapping, data cleansing. Manage end to end data loading, fix data issues, upload data, reconcile the data, prepare and generate reports for data reconciliation Coordinate with users for data verification, data testing and reconciliation and signoffs. TRCS Consultant will be part of project delivery and responsible for following activities: Adept in gathering requirements for tax reporting. Driving technical design of TRCS solution. Coordinating and driving discussions with relevant teams for design sign off. Mentoring and supporting Tech Mahindra development team through the implementation phase of the project. Assisting in the preparation and review of system documentation and training material. Driving Training sessions for customer team(s). Driving System Integration Testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing of the TRCS solution. Production deployment and roll out. 8 -10 yrs of overall experience including 6 - 7+ yrs on Oracle HFM Tax Provisioning and TRCS. Preferably worked with the latest version of Oracle Hyperion i.e. 11.2.x Managed and executed at least 2 end to end TRCS implementations covering country by country reporting. Expertise in creating financial reports using Oracle Financial Reporting. Well versed in oral and written communication. Must be able to articulate his/her thoughts clearly. Good documentation and presentation skills. Must have hands on experience in working with the following tools/technologies: 1) Oracle TRCS 2) Oracle HFM Tax Provisioning and Reconciliation. 3) Oracle Financial Reporting. 4) Oracle Smart View for Office.
