We are looking for dedicated Optometrists (both Senior and Junior) to join our team at Eye Mantra in Delhi. As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for providing eye exams, diagnosing visual conditions, prescribing corrective lenses, and managing patient care. Junior Optometrists will support senior staff in providing these services while gaining valuable experience in the field of optometry. Key Responsibilities: Vision Testing & Refraction: Conduct thorough eye exams to assess visual acuity, color vision, depth perception, and eye health. slit-lamp machines Patient Management & Care: Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and the use of corrective devices. Refer patients to ophthalmologists or other healthcare providers for advanced treatments or surgeries. Clinical Leadership: Mentor and guide Junior Optometrists and support staff. Ensure the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and accuracy in clinical procedures. Stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry and introduce best practices. Requirements: Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Optometry (B.Optom or M.Optom). Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., contact lenses, low vision) are a plus. Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of clinical experience in optometry (experience in advanced diagnostics, refraction, and patient management). Familiarity with handling slit-lamp machines, autorefractors, and tonometers. Skills: Expertise in performing eye exams, diagnosing visual conditions, and prescribing corrective lenses. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. Leadership and mentoring skills for guiding junior staff.
