Promote EyeMantra Hospital s eye care services, treatments, and products to healthcare professionals and potential patients. Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare providers. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, clinics, and hospitals in the designated area. Engage in regular field visits to ensure continuous engagement and support. Market Research & Strategy: Monitor competitors activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities. Gather feedback from healthcare professionals to improve marketing strategies. Compliance & Reporting: Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and field visits. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Submit reports on sales performance and territory updates. Requirements: Education: Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in medical sales or field marketing, preferably in ophthalmology or eye care services. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
