📍 Location: Bihar (Remote/On-site) 🏢 Company: SpeedyGo – Franchise Partner of Flipkart & Leading E-commerce Platforms We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Operations & Rider Communication Executive to join our growing team at SpeedyGo . This role involves follow-up calls with delivery riders, ensuring timely courier deliveries, performance tracking, and maintaining accurate records in Excel. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Make regular follow-up calls to delivery riders in both Hindi and English Track real-time rider locations and follow up on pending deliveries Record and report successful courier deliveries daily Motivate riders to complete deliveries on time Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets logs accurately Coordinate with the operations team for issue resolution Report delays, delivery exceptions, or rider concerns to the supervisor 🔹 Key Skills Required: Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English Confident phone presence and follow-up ability Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, sorting, filtering) Familiarity with escalation and coordination processes Organized, reliable, and able to handle pressure ✅ Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass ; graduates preferred Experience in telecalling, customer service, or logistics is a plus 🔸 Personal laptop is mandatory for this role 💼 Salary: Negotiable based on experience and performance 📧 How to Apply: Send your resume to iamspeedygoofficial@gmail.com 📍 Immediate joiners preferred Join SpeedyGo and help build the future of e-commerce logistics in Bihar!
