Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring service quality, client satisfaction, and managing manpower across various sites. Qualifications · Experience in operations management and project management · Strong leadership and team management skills · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Knowledge of security services and statutory regulations (ESI, EPF, PSARA) · Ability to work independently and manage remote teams · Problem-solving and decision-making skills · Experience in the security services industry is a plus · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Management or related field (preferred). · Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations or field management, preferably in security services or facility management. · Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. · Ability to manage a large workforce and multiple locations. · Sound knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance. · Proficient in MS Office and basic tech tools. · Willing to travel within Odisha and nearby regions.
