Shardacare Healthcity is looking for skilled and dedicated OT Nurses to join our Operation Theatre team. Candidates with relevant experience in Neuro OT, Ortho OT, ENT OT, or other surgical specialties are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
• Prepare the operation theatre, surgical instruments, and equipment.
• Perform scrub and circulating nurse duties as required.
• Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
• Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments.
• Monitor patient safety and coordinate with the surgical team.
• Maintain OT records and follow hospital protocols.

Eligibility Criteria:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.

• 1 to 6 years of relevant OT nursing experience.

• Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and aseptic techniques.
• Experience in Neuro OT, Ortho OT, or ENT OT will be preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
