Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Operations Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong English proficiency and a proven track record in international customer support . This role demands interpersonal skills , with the ability to manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat . Key Responsibilities: Handling international inbound and outbound logistics within the healthcare industry. Managing and coordinating logistic services, including order fulfillment and parcel tracking. Verifying prescriptions in compliance with MHRA. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis. Generating and processing invoices accurately. Communicating effectively via email with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Maintaining and updating databases efficiently. Preffered Skill : Prior experience or strong knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred. Experience handling international voice processes (inbound/outbound) related to logistics, order management, or customer support. Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written) being essential. Must be flexible with UK shift timings and daylight-saving changes. Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic business requirements. Additional Attributes: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
