Job Summary We are seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising Manage and grow client social media accounts with engaging content and community interaction Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, dev) to create landing pages and optimize user experience Perform competitor research and market analysis to guide future strategies Requirements Proven working experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred) Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Experience in content marketing, social media strategy, and performance campaigns Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar tools is a plus Preferred Skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Good communication and presentation skills Creative mindset with attention to detail What We Offer Dynamic and collaborative work environment Opportunities for growth and upskilling Exposure to exciting brands and challenging projects Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bathinda, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Digital Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
